• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Edible salt products cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons.

2. Process for Returns

• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective/damaged.

3. Refunds

• Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund or exchange will be processed.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened edible products.
• Custom-made or clearance items.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
